Team Growth Programme

Behavioural change and personal growth depends on reinforcement through follow-up. The Team Growth Strategy™ consists of three phases with time intervals of a few weeks, instead of a once-off intervention of one or two days (Team Effectiveness).

The programme focuses on growth of the team and individuals. This enhances individual commitment, communication, understanding and self-actualization in the long term. The team develops to such a level of maturity that it becomes self-facilitating.

Phase 1
Fundamentals of Teamwork

This program changes the way people feel and think by gaining awareness of their learning needs. The process will add knowledge to new concepts, or understanding new ways to deal with familiar situations in the workplace. This involves structured activities that relate metaphorically to the living and/or working environment of the delegate.
