This training strategy has been developed to assist leadership development in a changing business environment. The principles of Process-centering plays more and more an important role to create an awareness of internal and external clients. This strategy not only serves as an introduction to the principles of Leadership but also assists delegates to develop and apply newly acquired skills in the work environment.
The aim of this strategy focuses on the development of leaders who can apply sound judgement. When soft and technical skills are complemented with practical experience the outcome is integrated skills. Integrated skills (management skills, leadership skills) will be facilitated through coaching.
TBI Adventures has made a help-line available to assist delegates with advice and support. This procedure will create an opportunity for delegates to be coached into applying sound judgement when fulfilling certain leadership roles.
